Following are some of the ways to get any, and all the support you need to be successful: Your Sponsor, Managers and Directors You should be able to get any of your questions answered by your Sponsor and Managers. Your Team Sales Managers are there to provide you all the support you need, whether it is a little guidance or a more in-depth training situation. Home Office Support If you cannot get your questions answered by your Sponsor, Manager, or Director, you can call the Home Office for Support. Home Office is ready to address concerns and find answers to any questions you may have. Call Home Office for questions regarding Policies and Procedures, Compensation Plan, Orders, etc... Internet, Intranet, and Email You may be able to get some of your questions answered at www.etherea-aromatics.com. This is our public website where customers and Stylists can get valuable information on products, as well as learn what's new with our business. This is also the gateway to your private intranet group site where you will find valuable information available only to Stylists. You may send email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support@etherea-aromatics.com. You will receive a reply within 24 hours unless the office is closed for a holiday. EA Style Newsletter The EA Style Newsletter is a great place to find selling, recruiting, and gathering information. Watch for tips from successful Stylists on all aspects of your business.
